Die Quantifi Photonics OSA 1000 Serie bietet gitterbasierte spektrale Test- und Messfunktionen für optische Quellen, Verstärker, Transceiver und passive optische Komponenten. Das OSA-1002-Modell deckt den Wellenlängenbereich 1355–1445 nm ab und ist als modulare PXIe-Karte für die Integration in Mixed-Signal-Test- und Messsysteme erhältlich.
