Der MPI MP60R ist ein Präzisions-HF-Mikro-Positionierer für genaue und stabile HF-Messungen in Test- und Messanwendungen. Mit vollständiger Stahlkonstruktion bietet er überlegene Positioniergenauigkeit und stabilen Kontakt über längere Zeiträume, ideal für HF-Sondenplatzierung auf Halbleitergeräten und Test-Wafern.
Der MP60R ist die Rechts-Hand-Variante der HF-Positionierer-Serie von MPI, mit rückschlagfreiem Betrieb und universeller Schnittstellen-Kompatibilität mit allen Sondenarmen. Einheitliche Z-Richtungs-Steuerung und ergonomischer manueller Betrieb mit starker Magnetbasis ermöglichen eine feine Sondenplatzierung für hohe Kontaktqualität und unübertroffene Messergebnisse.
